Adagio has a fascinating history. In 1968 a group of Nashville, Tennessee businessmen developed an 11-acre family resort for $750,000 which included a motel, restaurant, and Olympic-size pool. After the resort closed, the property sat unused for many years. A new owner from Birmingham, Alabama purchased the gulf-front parcel. He built a restaurant which only operated for a short time. Then again the property remained vacant for years. Finally, in 2002, the owner agreed to sell it. |

| Adagio purchased the property and built a $58 million dollar development. Once again, the vision of the property becoming a family resort became a reality. Adagio is an exclusive community on the Gulf of Mexico. It has an on-site sales and rental office as well as a fitness center and two pools. The 1700 sq.ft. pool has an infinity edge which overlooks the blue green waters of the Gulf. The second pool is magnificent. It is 8000 sq.ft. which includes 3 tiers decorated with a fountain and 2 waterfalls. A large whirlpool spa overlooks the pool and European cobblestone decks that measure the length of a football field. We invite you and your family to vacation with us at Adagio. We believe once you have been here, you will want to return again and again. You will always be welcome at Adagio. |
